Calling all Freaks & Three cakes Later

If every freak or hippie (showers and clean clothes optional) within 250 miles could report to Downtown Austin ... hmmm, already done. SXSW brings in the dirtiest of the dirty. Granted I love the live music but I don't so much love stinky hippies jay walking, one after the other as if I am enjoying sitting at that stop sign. I apologize for my crabbiness. While you've been getting high all day and swaying back and forth to some unemployed 47 year old man banging on one drum I was working.

Tonight I had a simple job to do. Make a cake for my girlfriends husbands birthday. She wanted to surprise him by just bringing it home. She got this great [/sarcasm] idea to bring me her Betty Crocker Bake and Fill pan set. I think dear miss Betty freaking Crocker could rename this piece of shit "haha, you think you're going to make a pretty cake ... you fool" It's 12:30 (my time) and I just took the 3rd cake out of the oven. Around 11 I went to the store to buy more cake mix and a disposable cake pan. 9 eggs, 3 cups of water and 1 cup of oil later ... I have one stupid cake.

I have a killer headache and would love to get a massage this weekend. I might actually go blow some of my own birthday money on that.

Speaking of me. :) This Friday was the best day in my parents life. LOL 32 [/*grumble*grumble] years ago I made the family complete. Haha. Who knew they would ever love me enough to pay for me to move to Texas. This isn't sounding so good .... Anywho .... we're all going to lunch on Friday and I can't wait. It's the Real World Austin house that is now one of my favorite places in Austin. It's called Rio and they have the spiciest enchiladas and the best salsa EVER. Plus .. it's in the Real World house. HELLO!

The beautiful building to the left of the RW house is the Frost Bank tower where we go for Seattle's Coffee. Mmm. And the ugly square, black building to the right of the Frost tower is my office building where I get to pay $20 a day to park.

Bitter, party of one. I'm tired. *yawn

But one more thing .... This is for Alisa ....
