It's 25 in Columbus ... not too much of a difference. I can't wait to live in Ohio again. I've been talking to someone from HS, didn't know him then but thanks to MySpace, I know him now, but he's making me so homesick just talking about places he goes. I miss Anderson's, Bob Evans, Kroger, Lennox, Polaris, Blue Jackets games, Cup O Joe, Easton, Cosi, Huntington, Tuesday nights w/ the VW guys, Giant Eagle and having a Hallmark in the same city that I live in.



Luckily my lovely employer is making it more and more easy to quit on them to make my dreams come true of living back in the Buckeye State. I had my review on Friday morning and while I meet or exceed all but one expectation, I got a pat on the back, no compensation. My one problem that I need to work on is spending too much time dealing with stuff that's not my job. So rather than continue to be a team player I'm going to become the "I don't know" Princess. I have become the go to person for EVERYTHING and sadly, this weekend, I'm forgetting how to do it all. So if I were to have another review "Team Player" would be "Needs Improvement".



Alex went to the vet earlier this week - I thought something was wrong with him and I couldn't have been more wrong. He's got to be the healthiest dog in Texas. While I am very excited to have a happy and healthy dog, I'd also be ecstatic to have my $200. *sigh*



John Mayer has a new song on The Bucket List soundtrack that I have been playing over and over and over. It's called "Say". I LOVE IT!!! While I'm covering music, the morning show in Austin has had Matt White in the studio before and they were talking about him this morning so I "acquired" some of this songs tonight. I liked the couple songs that I have heard before but I think I'm liking the whole album. He's going to be at the House of Blues in Cleveland in February. Go see him!!

In sad news, Hannah Montana / Miley Cyrus is going to be in Austin next week and unless you're willing to shave your head & eyebrows, sleep in a lion pit covered with ham or throw your 7 year old out a plane ... it's damn near impossible to get tickets. Pfft, I didn't want to go anyway.
