Why do puppies chew on their feet?

I've spent like a million dollars on toys, bones and treats for Alex and he's sitting here chewing on his own foot. I can't imagine it's that tasty.

He learns tricks really well. He doesn't get as excited as Cory but maybe he's too young. He knows how to "sit", "lay down", "high five" and "gimmie a kiss" but he can't figure out why I drag him outside every time he pees on my carpet.

He finally taught himself how to go down the steps and he's slowly learning how to climb the gate. *sigh* He isn't afraid of his leash anymore and loves to go outside and for car rides.


In other news ... for the first time in my life I got sent home from work last night. Haha. This store has never felt like my store back home. I miss Kelly H and Kelly M and Danielle, Valerie (and Will) and Nichole. I think I've put up with the crap long enough. It's been a year and high time I get out before the Holiday mess and two hour meetings on Saturday mornings.


In other awesome news I have found a Tastefully Simple girl in ... San Marcos! Yes. In SM!! She brought me a hostess kit to make and take to work. I can't wait. I hope to get her lots of sales. She's new to town and these Texans haven't heard of Tastefully Simple. It's my goal to get everyone hooked. Who wouldn't love beer bread and dip for football season?


I only took one nap today so it's time for me to hit the sack. Haha. Goodnight.
